Falling apart inside coupled with an extension on its last legs, this job required all of the services One 17 have to offer. Stripped back to bare walls inside and the single story extension dropped, an effective blank canvas was created. An open plan living area was created downstairs and the original extension was rebuilt with a cat slide roof, creating a fabulous double height kitchen space and providing a functional office space upstairs.
