Design and project management of an exclusive, gated community, of 12 homes in North Huddersfield, for a local developer.

One 17 were involved across the whole project, from original site masterplans, through to bedroom furniture. The key to the success of this development, was taking the essence of One 17’s bespoke projects and applying this to an exclusive housing scheme.
